That's a good idea. When they know I only have SSD and still attach my bank account, they are the scum of the earth. Now I will have checks bouncing and countless headaches until this is settled.
They were ruthless during the collection process as well....calling my daughter and harassing her all the time. I finally had to write a cease and desist letter to get them to stop calling her after we changed our phone number and had it unlisted. My daughter told them that if they couldn't discuss the matter with her, they better stop calling her, but they kept it up, several times a day, until she was ready to scream.
When I represented myself in court, the lawyer treated me like I didn't deserve to breathe the same air he did.....lol
