My sister is having credit problems. She lives in Rhode Island. Someone mentioned that if it says Delaware law applies then Del. SOL of 3 years would apply. Is this true? Or, is she stuck with RI law of 10. It seems if it says on the card that another states law applies, then that states law applies/ Doesn't it?
