I suggest you send a dispute/validation letter to the CA.rrr. Once the 30 days have passed after the green card was signed, send a request for deletion to the CRA's with copies of your letter to ca & copy of green card. If the CA is misreporting it is likely all they have is a tape and no means of validation.
