Make sure to keep the copies of those refused payments - they may come in handy at a later date. The more unethical cc companies do this trying to make the consumer look bad - WHEN IN FACT THE HAVE MADE EFFORTS TO PAY! Any correspondence should always be done in writing - by certified mail/return receipt - NO EXCEPTIONS!
