You are correct. Not sure about the termination decision. Some companies are more devious and don't notify a potential employee or employee - they just make their decision with total disregard. Personally, it stinks because many people who become unemployed lose their ability to maintain "good" credit and "LABELED" a credit risk and, therefore, wouldn't be a "good" employee because they can't manage their finances. This is terribly wrong and should be outlawed. Has this happened to you? If so, I complain loud and clear.
