Have you got damages? Has this cost you money, been turned down for credit, etc? If so, get a lawyer and sue the hospital for not filing and ruining your credit because of their billing errors.

I got tired of being walked on, had my lawyer on the phone (conference call) with dentists office and insurance company. They stopped blowing me off at that point!!!
