Warrant in Debt

I have a question about a warrant in debt. This is for a business we had in Virginia. We owe the money without a doubt, but over the past year our business income fell 95% and our personal by 75%. We are behind on our mortgage and our tax lien payments to the IRS. We presently live in West Virginia. My question is, if they receive this judgement, what can they do next? Thanks.
