They did the same thing to me...If you get any answers post them here...Why chat advised me in an earlier post to send Pinicle a validation letter since my SOL is up..But I am also still waiting for a letter from them...they are obviously a shady new outfit..they appeared on my report only last month collecting for citibank for an account that was charged off in 1999 (but has never gone to outside collection)...I still have not received a letter from them either so have not been able to try validation since I also have no intention of contacting them...I did not even know about them until I ran my TU and Experion reports the other day...my original balence was for $500, Citibank upped it to 1000 on my credit report and these people have the debt down as over 1400..they reaged it too....put it down as 3/02...on a charge off from 1999...I think Citibank must of just sold them a load of old accounts from the sound of it...jerks...
