Okay, Shelley here with my same idiot collection agency leaving me a message that their client is prepared to take action, blah blah blah. My case # is...yadda yadda. These are the folks who do not put anything in writing. Do these people leave this kind of messages or shouldn't they sent something in writing? I have heard this crud before from them. This is National Financial Systems-AGAIN. Is this a legit way for companies to take court action? I would think sparing me with a schpeel and send me something official seems more plausible. AARRGGHH!!
