I need to know where and how I can find out for sure if my mother is responsible for this loan. The creditor is calling or writing about every 2 months saying the person who has the car is 2 months behind in payments.
The car was purchased in Wisconsin, but the primary has moved to Texas. My father passed away last October and the loan was signed, I believe, at least 2 years ago.
Someone please help! I feel responsible, since the person with the car is related to me by marriage, and I asked my father for this favor. Any information would be appreciated
