Be advised that the head of this CA is not very quick to provide any validation, he and his clerks are not very good at keeping their end of the deal either so expect this to take a bit to clear up, I am speaking from experience. Follow whychat's suggestions to the letter, make sure you keep all your correspondence and send it CRRR.
