A UNPAID CREDIT CARD PROBLEM! PLEASE ANSWER THANKS

I am a international student in Texas, San Antino. I have some problems with unpaid credit card debt! I own some credit card companys over $30000, and I don't have the money ot paid those credit cards. I just graduate from college and decide to came back my country( China). I may not came back the U.S with
next 8-10 years! My question is if I came back U.S after 8-10 yesrs, Do I have to pay those past debt. On the otehr hand, Does my unpaid Debt record will stay my credit report FOREVER? thanks for your answer!!
