Ok you need to get the transcript of the case. Also get the clerks record on the service. if they have he serves recorded after the judgement get a lawyer and file a motion to vacate the judgment based on improper service. If the motion is granted get the judge to release all the liens based on the vacated judgment.

Get with the lender of your current car and see it they will let you pat a couple of weeks late w/o damaging your credit. Yuo need every good tradeline you can get. They cant touch the car until the CU releases thier lien.
