QUESTIONS ABOUT DEBT RELIEF CLEARINGHOUSE ( IF ANYONE GETS THIS PLEASE ANSWER)

Recently I have heard a lot about Debt Relief Clearinghouse. One of the things I've heard was that they pay clients money back for maintaining their payment schedule. I've also heard that they are not a CCC. I was wondering if anyone here knows of their track record or has had any experience with them? Also, is there any difference between them and a CCC?
