Charge-off vs Bankruptcy

I filed for bankruptcy 5 years ago. When I checked my credit report recently most of the credit cards were listed as "Included in Bankruptcy" while some of them were listed as "Charged off as bad debt". What is the difference between these two? Is there a difference in how they affect my credit score? Should I be worried about trying to get the charge-off changed?
