also...i know the court date b/c my roommate saw the it on the papers that the process server tried to deliver. What makes it a little more complicated is that i think i did sign an agreement to make payments on the debt...when I stopped doing that is when they had me appear in court for my tax refund (about 3 years ago or more) Nothing has happened since then until now.
Does the SOL apply to when the suit was filed? Or my last appearance in court? Or when the agreement to pay off the debt was signed?
