OSI is Gulf State (also operate under Perimeter Credit and Account Portfolio). Like everybody suggests - DO NOT PAY - Do Not Call. If you do it will be included in your credit report for another 7 years.
What they are doing is illegal according to FTC regulations? Apparently, they don't care if they violate United States Federal regulations.
