i would get your credit reports now. this way you you have some evidence if they try to re-age your accouts in the future. they may have already done this.good idea to keep the envelopes the credit reports come in too.i would rather dispute an sol item by way of a previous credit report than having to present an old bill as evidence.as for disputing items, if a creditor is only willing to invest a couple phone calls or several form letters, chances are they will not invest in a lawsuit. i would dispute.(imho)
