Community property state debt

Hi,I have 3 defaulted CC debts;
Chase-9000
First USA- 10500
Cap One -4000
If they sue me ,will they also sue my wife(Cal.is a community property state and we both used the cards for groceries,etc.during tough times)Is my wife liable even though the cards are in my name?Thanks for any help?
