You should IMMEDIATELY contact your credit card company fraud department, advise them you were scammed, tried to exercise your cancellation rights ,did not receive the disclosure statements,and need to have the charge cancelled. Call or e-mail the Attorney General's office in the State you were defrauded in and file a complaint. Th BBB is useless, and Opryland has changed ownership and/or gone BK.
