Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately he used all the money while I was in the partnership.... I couldn't believe it. We signed on October and was awarded on November 22 , by December 12 he only had $18K left out of 50K
by the 8th of January he had max out the account.(My last day on the "partnership of hell") I don't even know where to find him I haven't talked to him on years... Can I sue him for the money and sue Well Fargo for not following the requirements of our agreement? I don't understand so if he declared bk for the business and included the debt....you mean the $38K ? but how do I know that is included? will actually show the detail? sorry I have no idea .
