I had $38,000 Credit card debt on six months ago! Since I lost my job four months ago, I don't have any income to pay those credit cards debt. I also sold my car to pay some of the debt, but still own the credit card companies $27,000! AMEX $10000.
MBNA $9500.
Chase $4500.
GM card $3000. Currently, I have a part time job ,but my income just can pay my life expense and apartment rent. I don't have the extra money to pay those credit card companies! My question is If I don't want to file Chapter 7! Can I just wait more time and let my creit history refresh? Will those debt stay my creit report forever? Can someone give some options without file Chapter 7? I live in Texas! Thanks for your advice!
