? What is the best Valisation letter i can send out?? The one i have (i think i got it from why chat awhile back) States Identity theft Well if i sent that even though i know the debt is mine what will happen?? And i live in a different state then where the debt is and the CA is Im in MO the CA is in WY

I have been working for over a year to try and get my credit cleaned up havent had any bad debt in 4+ years but all these others are hanging on....I made the mistake and paid 4,000 and paid off a bunch of stuff that was do to fall of with in weeks (due to bad advice) thats how i found this site.....(now it is my bestfriend LOL ) Anyways I refuse to be screwed anymore and have been fighting with transunion and Equifax because i paid the bills off a year ago and the wont remove or mark them as paid....i diputed them and they were"verified" as unpaid collections that is BS! anyway thanks for your help
