After the 1st round of dispute with the CRAs it is best to go after the CAs and creditors. In the first letter you sent a CRA should have benn a lin that sayt you want the addressed and phone numbers of all Creditors.

Disputing CRAs does little good till you slam the CAs and OCs. Once that is done send in 2nd round of letters to CRAs.
