Before you go through all the hassle of filng,try this.
Send a cover letter to the CRA's state that you have not received any response from Gulfstate,(include a copy of letter &green card) That you are requesting their removal from your report of the items(repeat the same info.) State that you will wait 30 days, then file a complaint against Gulfstate AND XX credit bureau if the items are not permenently removed.(If you had any proof of the original dates of each item, send copies)
I have had great success with this method for many of my clents.
