You cannot refile ch.7 until after 6 years, however if you did ch13 you can refile a ch7 now. Stay away from ccc, the may be non-profit, but they are also non competent. I would not take any advice from someone like Stephanie, who in her other post tells about paying ca's with p.d. checks, illegal and dangerous and just plain dumb.No mtg. company in their right mind is going to prefer a risk of judgments and liens and garishment to a bk.
