You should get a lawyer.
For starters. you need to file as a party in your ex partners bk- put in a claim for fraudulent conversion and credit damage.
You also need to file a suit against the bank for violations of the TILA and FCRA and whatever else your lawyer can think of.
You need to check all your CRA's and see what was reported,by whom,and when.You need to file wit your State's AG & the FTC under the FDCPA section X,for identity fraud.( the ONLY business coverage available in the FDCPA)-I think this will get you started.!!
