Cal your local courthouse and find out how they got the judgment against you. They obviously did. Once you find out for sure which court it is get a copy of the file from the clerk of court, and look to see where they said they served you, and who signed for the summons.

If you weren't served, your attorney can file to have the judgment vacated and your money returned to you.

If your attorney isn't doing anything (sometimes they're like that) either he/she is too busy, or not sympathetic with your situation. Tell him/her to take some action to help you or you want your money back so you can get another attorney.
