Send validation first. There are samples at briefcase.yahoo.com/serenitybreeze. add a line to the CA that all communication must be by mail only.

Make sure it is clear in the validation that you want a copy of your original credit app. Complete accounting of the acct from the time you opened the acct to the tiem the CA recieved it. A copy of the contract authorizing the CA to collect on that acct.

Send it CRRR

If more thant one CA is collecting on the ACCT then nail them both at the same time.
