It is NOT a good idea to post ANY traceable info on a public board. Would you please clear up a question? If you had a ch7- recently, were all of your current problems, including the "brother's" phone bill AFTER the ch7?. First step, before you start doing ANY letters is to PRINT OUT 2 copies of your current credit reports,making sure the dates are clearly shown. Make a file for EACH CRA. Then on YOUR copy mark in red ANY errors. Don't worry about CA's getting your current address once you start disputing. When you got your credit reports, EVERONE got your new address !
