Thanks for the info! I guess i've been lucky because they have been waiting until the noted dates and they send me letters at least 3 days prior to deposite, that they are going to do so. They had all sent some kind of disclosure letter that stated all of the terms and agreements of the payments. Which I sent the lower portion of the letter, stating my balance and account #, with my checks. From what I recall of the letter they are required to send me notification of deposite no later than 3 days and no more than 10 days prior to deposite, so if I am having troubles getting the money into the account by that time I can contact them about it. Like I said I wish I would've found this site a long time ago, then I would've had at least a clue!
