Need help with difficult CA

CA is AMA collections, I had requested validation and received a letter stating that validation was done when my husband had worked out an SIF that ended up falling through. I wrote a second letter asking them to verify that they were the agency assigned or who bought the debt as another agency was claiming it had been turned over to them. I also requested that they have the other agency remove their listing completely and that the fill out the attached form.

The lady sent me back a invoice with my letter attached and wrote on the letter "No signature No information".

I don't have to sign my letter to get the information right? So what do I do now that she is refusing to validate they are the proper collecting agency?
