Technically, they can only report on ch13 7 years from filing date, (ch7 is 10 years) Your "paying off" the ca's is not supposed to affect the cra 7 years from 1st "late" payment. Keep your credit reports,when it gets to be 7 years from the 1st 30 day late notice, and 7 years from your FILING ch 13, you ca start requesting removal.You will have to fight,but you should get them removed.
