I dont have my certified letter slip anymore.

But I do have the letter from the settlement CA and a cancelled check with the date it cleared.

I though about the attorney general but wasnt sure that was the way to go here in Arizona.

What I would like to do is sue em but dont know if I can of what the proper porceedure is for doing that.

Im new to Arizona and dont know how to find a top notch attorney here.

Anybody got any ideas?
