Seriously, I don't know if it's for sale on this site - you might check - but one of the best books I've ever read on the subject is Alex Daskaloff's book titled "Credit Card Debt" - it will give you all the techniques you will ever need to deal with the card companies without getting caught in the traps - also how to take advantage of their tricks and use them to your own advantage. Don't harrass those poor folks that answer the calls. They are on the bottom of the totem pole, just struggling to get by like most folks. Linda
