A few weeks ago I sent a validation/dispute letter. Yesterday the CA violated the "do not call" request by leaving me a voicemail to call them, today I got their response to my validation request. All the CA sent me was a letter (below) and copies of my credit card statements and nothing else. Here's the letter: Dear _______: Enclosed please find the copies of documentation on your account as per your request. Upon receipt of this letter, please contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx, ext. xxxx. This office has been hired as a debt collector. We are required to inform you that this is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for this purpose. Sincerely, ___________ So what do I do next? Thanks in advance y'all.
