Thanks Razor. Should I mention their violation of my DNC request? Should I mention that I may pursue legal action against them for it? They just called and left another message on both my home and business lines again. Same guy, same company.

Does anybody have any suggestions as far as a repeat request goes? A basic letter template, etc.? Thanks again.
