A "investigator" with Performance Capital called about a debt I have that will be 7 years old next month. (If I am correct, the SOL ran out almost 2 years ago as I am in Virginia) When he said who he was, I just hung up. He actually called back in like 10 seconds and left a voice mail saying that he "had some information but he guesses I dont need it and to get an attorney." Then before he hangs up he goes "Peace"...waits 3 seconds and goes "dummy". I found this funny and am going to record it from my voice mail onto my laptop. Btw, who wants to tell me a little about Performance Capital. They are based out of California right?
