Help!! Not late w/Norwest but being reported at such.

Had a small account with Norwest Financial (know dba Wells Fargo Financial) that reported me as 8 times 30 days late. Never was. Have co stmts, checks, and bnk stmts as proof. Sent same rrr to CRA's and Norwest yr ago, no change, No response from Norwest, CRS's write that information remains. What else can I do?
