Add 2 things to the agreement. That upon reciveing the last payment all parties agree that upbon reciveing the payment that the remaining debt cannot be sold, reassigned to another CA or otherwise collected upon and that all parties agree the debt is paid in full. Also that all tradelines involving this acct be marked paid as agreed. Make them return the agreement signed by them before you send any payment. Place a restricted endorsement on the last check nothing to the CA that the debt is paind in full if the check is deposited. Send everything CRRR and Good Luck
