Do we take a pro-active role and notify CRA's of "threat" of RE-DATING or do we wait to see if it gets added illegally? I know we can collect ($1000?) for the violation, but I'd rather not deal with it. Will the CRA send our notification to the CA?

CAMCO has tried "once a collection agency buys it, the date is renewed" (LIE!) and then "I see you just made a payment to this debt in November of 2001" (LIE!) Anybody know if their stupid enoungh to try it?

Pro-Active or Reactive?
