Yes, I have a copy of the court order against him- and a contempt order, also. The order does not mention each debt specifically, but states something to the effect that all debts that were incurred during the time of marriage.
How do I prove that the SOL is past, which from what I am beginning to understanding is true- as they date back to 1996?
