And please file a claim with the Illinois Department of Licensing and Regulation. These people are not licensed as they should be. Also file complaints with the FTC. Do not let them get away with it :) I fought hard with them over a month a a 6" folder of paperwork. They will never bother me again. Fight Fight and don't give up!!!!!!Its your money and your credit they are messing with!
