Send the collection agency a dispute/cease and desist letter.Add that their contact of family members without your permission is a violation of the FDCPA and you are reporting their actins to the FTC and te Ohio Atty. Gen. office. send it rrr.Go on line and file a complaint against them with the FTC and the Ohio Atty. Gen.Keep ALL your copies and file #'s.You will likely have a good case for a lawsuit against them that will wipe out your debts and give you some extra $$ to buy your step-mother a nice gift.
