Hi Anonymous,
There has been no court date as of yet. I just answered the summons and thought they would give me a court date. So far all I got was the papers from the opps. lawyer. They are discovery papers. As of yet, no judgement has been entered. What I really need to know is if I can't get my wifes name off the judgement, what can they go after.
