Hi,
Just want to add that I did contact Legal Aid and was kindly turned down. They say I make to much. I'm glad some one thinks so LOL :). I realise that my first post is confusing. I meant to say that the lawyers are trying to get a judgement against me and I answered the summons and thought I would just be given a court date but got these discovery papers from the Dr.s lawyers. So, do I answer all these questions and wait on a date or does the court send me notice of a date? Can I fight to get my wifes name off of thier judgement as I'm the subscriber (GHI) and she never signed the papers for promising to pay. I did and I want to just have that changed. Will the court hear me on that??? Sorry for all the questions. I've read through the old posts and just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Like what can they do if the judgement goes throught etc.
