Chexsystems/HELP Too young

HI I need help.. I was 15 when I first opened up my account at Wells Fargo, which my Mom had to co-sign for because I was too young.. Well we had the joint account, but when I was around 16 or 17 I found out our names were on chexsystems for NSF.. I got a hold of Wells Fargo and they sent the charges charged to the account after it was closed,(not by me, by my mom's internet thing) to collections, called Attention.. Contacted them and I am just going to pay the overdraft charges of $246.26 tomorrow or something.. I was a minor when my name went on chexsystems is this allowed?
Is there anywhere I can get a bank account at?
What do I do... PLEASE HELP
