Unfortunately, CA's "Cannot" not comprehend the meaning of DO NOT CALL. And it is illegal for them to be calling you multiple times in one day. You need to write them a Cease & Desist letter telling them not to call you anymore - and send it by registered return receipt mail. Also get a notepad a keep a log of the phone calls. You need to have documentation to fight them. And, BTW, they are LYING TO YOU OUTRIGHT about couldn't stop calling you. What CA is this? What state?
