Send them cease communicaton by phone letter. Send it CRRR. Keep a log of every time they call after they recieve the letter. Time and Date. Its a $1000 violation each time thay call. If they keep it up ask the phone company for a recor of your incomign calls and add another $1000 for harrasment and take them to court.
