Are you certain about this ? I'm no lawyer, but I would think repeated calling constitutes harassment, especially after the creditor has been told, as well as received written notification, to stop the calls. I don't think the law allows any person or company to continually harass another.
If nothing else, I believe you can have your phone company issue you another phone number, possibly even unlisted, if you are being harassed.
